About Us
Uniting Sport and Conservation
The ZambeziCup Foundation was established in 2023 with a singular vision: to leverage the golf community and wildlife supporters in the fight to protect Zambezi wildlife. What began as a small non profit tournament has grown into one of the most impactful golf for conservation events on the continent.

The Zambezi Cup
Now in its 3rd year, The Zambezi Cup brings together passionate golfers from around the world for an unforgettable experience combining world-class golf with meaningful conservation impact.

Tournament Formats
Championship — 72 holes
Four rounds of stroke play (18 holes per day), professional schedule with no cut: every player completes 72 holes. Gross scoring; finishing order drives recognition and environmental contribution allocations.
Zambezi Cup Trophy
Team challenge
Parallel four-person teams (e.g. best two net scores per hole). Runs alongside the championship for corporate and society groups without replacing the main 72-hole medal.
Team Conservation Shield
Skills & field events
Longest drive, closest-to-the-pin, and putting contests scheduled between rounds, plus optional pro-am style pairings on practice day.

Entry Requirements
